General information

This beautiful, characteristic villa is situated against wooded hills on its 10000m2 private grounds. The villa is well equipped with all modern commodities, but still maintains its characteristic feel. The large living- and dining-area with lush sofa’s, satellite television and a fireplace is situated on the ground floor. From the living room you can step out onto the south orientated terrace offering lovely views of the wooded surroundings and the surrounding hills. On the same level you will find a luxurious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom including a toilet. The well-equipped kitchen is also on this level.
Via a separate entrance you can reach the lower level which has another 3 spacious double bedrooms with batroom ensuite. From this level you have access to the patio as well as the enormous garden with private swimming pool and sun terrace with sun beds. The terrace is lit at night and has a typical Spanish BBQ. There is ample parking space within the private grounds.

The rustic urbanisation of ‘Las Planas’, where this villa is located, is only 4km from the centre of Blanes as the crow flies or 6km from the Catalan village Tordera. It is a very serene and peaceful area whilst the sandy beaches and other entertainment are only 10 minutes drive away. If you enjoy rambling, mountain biking or simply lounging in the sun, this is the ideal holiday spot for you.
If you wish to discover the area, a visit to the town Blanes is certainly worth a visit with its history dating back as far as two centuries before Christ. As well as all her historic buildings this town also offers a wide and long sandy beach. Blanes is proud of her botanical garden ‘Mar I Mutra’, designed by the German scientist Faust.
The traditional singing evenings with so-called ‘Habaneras’ (sea shanties), the dance festivals, the handicraft markets and the international firework festival are all worth a visit. You do not have to drive far to escape the crowds as the inlands offer an oasis of peace.


Groups of young people are allowed in this villa.
